PANCIT PALABOK is never complete without a side dish of pork and tokwa
pieces marinated in vinegar and soy sauce. Traditionally, the ears and cheeks of the pig are used but nowadays the more meaty parrts are preferred.

1/4 kilo pork kasim
3 pcs tokwa
1 head garlic, crushed
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
3/4 tsp salt
2 onions, chopped

boil pork with some salt and water. Cook until tender then drain and cut into cubes.
Fry tokwa in hot oil then cut into cubes. mix together garlic, vinegar, soy sauce,
salt and onions Serve with the mixture of pork and tokwa cubes.
